infinite357 asked:

Heres the situation. My mother is a homeowner and has poor credit and is not employed. The house is valued at $400,000+, the remaining balance to pay off is $260,00. She has been turned down a couple of times. So is it still possible for her to refinance or any other options? Thanks.
Me and my sister still live at home and pay her monthly to cover the house payment and all bills. We just want to get a lower monthly payment and pay some debts.

Caffeinated Content for WordPress

kuy p asked:

I preferably need a loan that allows me to delay interest payments until after I graduate. I already have a loan for this semester, but I need another for next year. My parents can not co-sign for me, so my last loan wasn't enough to cover the whole year. Also, I don't live on campus so I need a loan that will allow me to use part of the money to help pay my rent. I've looked at a few loans that only allow you to use the money for 'educational purposes' so I'm not sure if living expenses off campus count. I do work part time, but it is simply not enough to cover everything. Any advice would be great. I'm really in a tough spot.

Kansieo.com

From what i udnerstand, corporate finance is more theoritical and has to do with business financing while quantitative finance has to do with math. could someone tell me more about both subjects? what kind of job can you get after studying each of these?

FYI I have a very strong mathematical background but i dont like computer programing. I did very well (not bragging) in all the other subjects in highschool as well. I do have interest in math but i want to study somehting that would help me secure a gd job. what do you suggest?

Caffeinated Content

Y? asked:

We are thinking of purchasing a house from my father. Instead of using a mortgage broker or bank, he suggested using a lawyer to set up monthly mortgage payments directly to him. We would still buy the house, and it would be in our names, not renting. How are payments like this calculated? Also, it seems this gives us flexibility and saves us money, but isn't as secure. What are the specific down-sides to this?

Caffeinated Content for WordPress

I paid the bill myself, because it is over six months late and I risked being put on the TAX SALE foreclosure list.

Should I be worried that they are going out of business? Or is this a computer glitch?

Create a video blog…instantly.
