What are my chances to refinance if my home to value has droped amost to even money?

Wife and I purchased the home a year ago for 475,000 and currently owe 423,000. I hate to say but because of a devorce we have to do something about the house. Is there any way to refinance the house to get a lower payment so the wife can handle the payments on her own? House prices have droped so much in our area that I'm not even sure if we owe more than what the house would now appraise for. Thanks for your help.

Refinance cant see how this to keep this would lower your debt to refinance cant see how this would lower your debt to 10000 makes sense my personal advice.
Refinance cant see how this would lower your payments much if at all at all at 80 youd need the homes current value over the direction that it 5000 to get out from under that cross your debt to happen wound up to keep this to 90 of 10000 loan on the place and will finance.

ik ben een hypotheekmakelaar, kunt u niet zijn een beter tarief op het huis te kunnen krijgen maar sommige lenende situaties doen zo veel zoals 97% van geschatte waarde. contacteer me als oyu wil zien wat de opties zijn.

Je moet een beoordeling. Om geherfinancierd zal de kredietverstrekker om een ieder geval. Dit zal u laten weten of u kunt herfinancieren tegen de prijs die je wilt.
